SEPTEMBER 25 - 29, 2025

Join me in the mountains of Maine to wipe away the debris that life continually brings, to let go of angst, release distraction, embrace simplicity, experience serenity, rest, then rest some more, spend time on your yoga mat, recalibrate with non-doing & doing yoga practices, journal, then journal some more, reclaim clarity, restore your vision, reconnect with your essence, enjoy wholesome food, sip a cocktail or mocktail, return to mother nature, walk through the forest, walk along the river, stare at the stars, connect with community, let go in the sauna, soak in the hot tub, receive a massage, relax by the fire, cozy up in a corner or crack open a book.

Whatever you choose, you’ll leave feeling satisfied and restored.

You’ll leave feeling more like You.

MEET YOUR RETREAT GUIDE

Hi, I’m Allie! I’m a decade-long yoga seeker, 500 ERYT, yoga teacher trainer, international retreat leader, founder of the Body Mind Soul Studio, wife to my 17 year one-night-stand husband, and mama to Scarlett Rose & Naomi Rose.

One of my favorite ways to practice yoga with you is at our in-person retreats. Retreats are stress-free, immersive experiences that offer thoughtfully designed teachings, built-in community, soulful on & off the mat practices, and planned-for-you experiences. We take care of every detail: all you need to do is say “yes!”.

Ready to say yes?

Allie, xx

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?

If you're a yoga seeker who desires tranquility, serenity, simplicity and clarity, then this retreat will feel like a warm embrace.

Our time together will feel like a staycation or sleepover as we won't be venturing away from the retreat center. I've designed this experience to be a true respite from daily life, so you can slow down (like way down), let go, recharge and reconnect with the true you.

If you're craving a sacred pause steeped in yoga practices, rest and replenishment, mother nature, wholesome food and community, then this is the retreat for you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What airport do I fly into?

Portland International Jetport

What if I need to fly in early or stay a day late?

If you need to arrive the night before and/or stay an additional night, we recommend booking a room with Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland Maine or Home2 Suites by Hilton Portland Airport ME. They provide a shuttle to and from the airport, and is less than a 20 minute drive.

Hotel stays are not included in the price of the retreat.

When does the shuttle depart?

On retreat check in day, September 25, the shuttle departs Portland International Jetport at 2 PM for the retreat center.

On departure day, September 29th, the shuttle will depart by 10 AM, potentially earlier based on everyone's flight times.

Is the $750 deposit really non-refundable?

Yes, it’s non-refundable and non-transferable to other retreats with one caveat. If the retreat sells out and we’re able to fill your spot, then and only then will we refund your deposit. There is no guarantee this will happen, but we do our best to be as fair as possible.

What’s the cancellation policy?

  • If cancellation takes place more than 120 days prior to your departure date, any payments made will be refunded minus your deposit.
  • If cancellation takes place 60 - 120 days prior to your departure, 50% of the trip price will be refunded, minus your deposit.
  • If cancellation takes place less than 60 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the trip price will be forfeited.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! You can pay in full, or choose a two or three month payment plan. Once your deposit is confirmed, we'll be in touch for you to choose which payment plan is right for you.

How does room sharing work?

We’ll send a “get to know you” form with basic questions to help us organize the roommate matching process. If you have someone specific you want to room with, you’ll let us know via this form.

Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Prior to arrival, all guests will indicate any food allergies and dietary restrictions so the Santosha kitchen may accommodate.

I’m a beginner, does this matter?

Nope! We’re here to meet you where you’re at, all we ask is that you do your best (which may be resting in a child's pose!). Allie will offer several pose variations during classes, props will be available, and additional yoga teachers/team members will be there to support you.

I want to say yes, but I’m afraid!

Saying yes to an in-person yoga retreat is like casting a vote for the person you want to be! It’s saying yes to travel, adventure, risk, new friendships, new experiences and holistic (body, mind, soul) healing. We believe in your fear, and we know that after the opening ceremony and our first shared meal, you’ll settle right in and feel at home!

Who do I reach out to for support?

While the Santosha team will be caring for us as the date nears and during our time together, we (the AVF team) are your go-to contacts for all things retreat related. Please don’t hesitate to connect, no question is too small to be asked. You can reach us at - [email protected]
